Mr. Kaupp has more than 29 years in the construction industry, specializing in Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) for HVAC systems. This experience spans many industries and project types including higher-education projects, low-mid-high rise buildings, residential complexes, all types of foundation and structural systems, hardened buildings, emergency operation centers, detention facilities, laboratories, and judicial projects.
Featured project:
Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) for Eckerd College Molecular & Life Sciences Building - $25 million, 55,000 square-foot state-of-the-art facility; Classrooms, Biology, Chemistry and Biochemistry labs. SITA, Southern Independent Testing Agency, Inc., specializing in TAB, completed testing on Eckerd College Molecular Science Building with over 113,900 square feet of surface area. With Mr. Kaupp’s coordination and due diligence with Biltmore Construction and Cannon Design, SITA was able to complete this project on time and provide the Owner a functional building.
Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) Projects:
- Weeki Wachee High School 'EEE' - Pasco County - 261,500 square-foot high school; SITA was contracted by the owner, Pinellas County School Board.
- USAA - SERO Renovations - HVAC Controls Upgrade - 83,500 square-foot call center; SITA was contracted by Siemens Industry, Inc.
- Orange County Correctional Complex - Phoenix Building - HVAC Replacement - 25,700 square-foot facility; SITA was contracted by J.B. Mechanical, Inc.
