Mr. Driggers has more than 35 years in the commercial HVAC industry, specializing in testing, adjusting and balancing (TAB). He has been involved with projects ranging from aerospace, educational, entertainment, government, healthcare, hospitality, industrial and multi-story buildings. Mr. Driggers has acted as a liaison between owners, commissioning agents, design professionals, construction management and subcontractors. He has worked with clients to achieve TAB project costs, while building long-term relationships.

ORMC - Orlando Regional Medical Center - Bed Tower Expansion - 600,000 square-foot consisting of the North Tower, South Expansion and Renovations. Mr. Driggers worked with the construction team to develop a cost effective approach to providing testing, adjusting and balancing (TAB) to deliver the owner an energy efficient building environment. The new 245-bed, 10-story, 345,000 square-foot patient tower is referred to as ORMC North Tower. The existing ORMC building will now be referred to as ORMC South Tower. The entire redesign and renovation project, an estimated cost of $297 million, represents one of the largest and most significant project in the organization’s history.
Cypress Creek High School - 380,000 square-foot multi-phased comprehensive project of the campus for Orange County Public Schools. The project added a new two-story classroom building with a professional culinary kitchen and lab space, a new central energy plant, new concessions building, and an expansion of the main school lobby and reception area. Extensive renovations and remodeling were made to the Performing Arts Center and auditorium, administration building, art building, media center, classrooms and gymnasium.
