Mr. Bunner started his professional career with SITA in 1994, specializing in building HVAC systems, commissioning, air barrier testing and test and balance. His vast knowledge of the HVAC industry has allowed him to be a part of several types of projects ranging from schools, hospitals, large industrial complexes and military bases to high-rise buildings. Mr. Bunner has been able to take his understanding of building systems and utilize this in his approach to cost analysis of projects, related to the services of Southern Independent Testing Agency, Inc.
