Ms. Challandes joined the SITA team in 2003. She is our initial point of contact when we begin any project. Her primary responsibility is to orchestrate the seamless execution and management of contracts, purchase orders and change orders for our Test & Balance (TAB) and commissioning projects. This involves meticulous planning, coordination, and communication with our team of analysts, skilled technicians, clients, and staff. Ms. Challandes also oversees insurance certificates, notice to owners, technician badging, technician registration, technician background checks/finger printing as needed for secure projects, our firm’s statement of qualifications, prequalification’s, process new hire paperwork, and assemble technician manuals. Her efficiency and attention to detail ensures all critical details of the project are acquired and entered in our custom TabOpts system accurately.
