Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certified Commissioning Technician (ACG)
- Certified Technician in Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing AABC
(Associated Air Balance Council), or equivalent. - Experience with HVAC system testing and balancing.
- Familiarity with commissioning processes and documentation standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to use commissioning software and balancing tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in various environments, including construction sites.
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
Work Environment:
- Primarily on-site at construction projects or existing building systems.
- Regular fieldwork with some office-based tasks, such as reporting and coordination.
