We are seeking an experienced commissioning professional to serve as the Director of Commissioning for a variety of multi-million dollar public and private projects, including healthcare, institutional, corporate, and higher education sectors. This position will oversee mechanical commissioning and manage all commissioning activities in central Florida.

Qualifications
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Systems, or related field (preferred).
- Certification in Commissioning (ACG preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in commissioning, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Strong background in HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems, testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB).
Skills:
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of commissioning processes, including test and balance procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in commissioning software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
- This position may require travel to project sites, including potential exposure to construction environments.
- Occasional extended hours or weekend work may be necessary to meet project deadlines.
